Job Description
Flagship Networks is looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience providing levels 1 and 2 support to larger client bases with diverse technologies. Experience with a Managed Service provider and the use of the the tool sets of an MSP, as listed below, are a major plus. Connectwise ITGlue NinjaOne RMM or similar LogicMonitor, Auvik or similar client network monitoring tools Cove, Veeam, Datto or similar backup and disaster recovery technologies Endpoint security platforms such as SentinelOne, Huntress, etc. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively between technical and business professionals and be fluent in the technologies we focus on, such as: Microsoft Windows Server / Active Directory Office 365 / Azure Microsoft Email Solutions VMWare Virtualization Solutions Firewall (Fortinet, Cisco) Switching (Dell, Meraki, Cisco) Meraki, Ruckus and Ubiquiti Wireless On Premise / Cloud Backup Solutions As a first point of contact for support issues for our clients, outstanding customer service and communication skills are required.
