Robert Half is partnering with local San Diego based company looking for an IT Support Specialist for a permanent placement opportunity. This position is full time with full benefits and 3-4 days onsite/ 1-2 days remote in San Diego. Ideal candidates will be creative IT problem solvers that enjoy working in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment. What you get to do every single day: Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and though ServiceNow ticketing system. Provide IT and Desktop support for O365, Windows, Microsoft Office, Apple/ Mac products and a variety of other applications used internally. Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues. Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems. IT conference room set up. What you bring to the role: 1+ years' professional Help Desk experience installing and configuring Windows OS, troubleshooting network and business applications in a mixed environment. Excellent problem-solving skills in Microsoft/Office 365 and other standard desktop software packages. Hardware deployment, imaging, and desktop refresh experience. Experience with IT support ticketing systems. Desire to progress in your IT career, learn new technologies, and take on new challenges. Excellent interpersonal/human relations skills.
Other:
Position is typically 3 days onsite in San Diego and have the flexibility to be 4 days onsite if needed. General working hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. 40 hours per week. Position has full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and PTO. IT certifications such as CompTIA, N+, A+, S+, are a big plus!
