We are looking for a dynamic Helpdesk Engineer 2 who shares our commitment and believes in the value of communication and client interaction. As a Helpdesk Engineer 2, you will: Work cross-functionally across clients' enterprises to troubleshoot, resolve and maintain their IT infrastructure; Help provide the engineering direction needed to connect and configure Microsoft servers on enterprise networks; Join our elite Professional Services team; and Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices. •Authorized to work for an employer in the US. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.•Helpdesk Engineer 2 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supports operational and technical functions at multiple client accounts; Evaluates customer generated requirements and works with the clients to ensure the implementation meets the clients' needs; Prepares operational and technical documentation; and Performs other duties and assists with special projects as needed. At least five years of IT related customer service experience in a helpdesk or call center setting; Solid understanding and troubleshooting skills of desktop and laptop OS's, general applications, anti-virus software, Office 365, printers, TCP/IP and communications protocols; Strong technical writing skills; and Authorized to work for any employer in the US.
