A leading provider of innovative business technology solutions, is seeking an IT Support Specialist. This role offers the chance to combine daily IT operations with hands-on development of Power Platform apps and AI-driven automation so you can directly improve employee experience and internal efficiency while advancing your career in a high-impact environment.

Role Summary:
Join a team that ensures Internal IT runs reliably every day while also acting as a strategic digital transformation partner. You ll troubleshoot and support users and devices, then design and enhance internal applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You ll also contribute to AI agent and workflow automation (e.g., Copilot Studio style solutions) to reduce manual workload and improve response times. If you enjoy solving problems and building practical automation, this is where your impact is felt quickly.
Responsibilities:
Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, tablets, and peripherals for new hires and replacements Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware/software, and internal system issues through ticketing and direct support Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts, email, MFA, and access permissions Maintain IT assets, inventory records, and lifecycle tracking Support office infrastructure (Wi Fi, printers, meeting room devices, smart TVs, monitors) Build and maintain Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and model-driven) for internal processes Create Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, integrations, and IT operations automation Develop and improve AI agents/workflows for internal helpdesk and guided self-service support Document procedures, user guides, and operational manuals; continuously improve standards and knowledge base
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Experience supporting end users in an internal IT environment A practical mindset for turning repetitive work into automation Comfort collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate solutions Strong ownership, reliability, and clear communication skills
Required Skills/Experience:
Day-to-day Internal IT support experience (PC setup, user support, basic networking) Hands-on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate development Basic understanding of AI agents/chatbots/workflow automation tools Support experience with Windows environments and Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting, documentation, and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Other Skills:
Experience with ticketing systems and operational knowledge base documentation Experience integrating workflows between AI agents and Power Platform solutions
Important Notes:
Occasional evening/weekend work may be required. Travel may be required up to 20%.
