$60,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist to manage and support our company's day-to-day technology needs. This is a hands-on position supporting employees, maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping ensure reliable and secure business operations. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with professional IT experience, formal training, and the ability to work independently in a small business environment. Responsibilities Provide on-site and remote technical support for employees Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, phone, and network issues Configure and maintain computers, laptops, and office equipment Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, and email systems Support Wi-Fi, VPN access, remote desktop tools, and network connectivity Assist with cybersecurity, software updates, and endpoint protection Handle employee onboarding and offboarding Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and vendor relationships Requirements 3-5+ years of professional IT support or systems administration experience Formal IT training and/or industry certifications Strong knowledge of: Windows operating systems Microsoft 365 Networking fundamentals Remote desktop and remote support tools Hardware and software troubleshooting Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar certifications Experience supporting small businesses Experience with VPNs, VoIP systems, network equipment, and cybersecurity tools Benefits Employer paid health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance Simple IRA retirement plan with 3% employer match Paid time off and company holidays Professional development opportunities
