Summary:
The Information Technology (IT) Field Technician is responsible for providing on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and peripheral equipment across multiple locations. This role ensures optimal system performance while providing timely, high-quality support to end users and assisting with various technology deployments and infrastructure initiatives. Experience:
Associate's degree in information technology or related field, or CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent required Minimum two years' experience hands-on IT support experience required Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device deployment Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests Ability to work weekend schedule as assigned Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed
Job Responsibilities:
Provides on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment Installs, configures, and maintains hardware, operating systems, and standard business applications Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to network connectivity, software, and hardware failures Supports user account management, including password resets and access permissions Performs equipment deployments, upgrades, relocations, and site setups Maintain and document service tickets, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and asset inventory records. Coordinates with vendors and third-party service providers as needed Assist with branch openings, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology-related project work Ensures compliance with company IT policies, procedures, and security standards Provide end-user training and guidance on IT best practices Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor Benefits of Joining the

This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
