IT Fulfillment Technician

Description The IT Fulfillment Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality support for endpoint devices and applications across the home office, global offices, and distribution centers. This role focuses on managing and tracking company-provided IT devices, access, and software, as well as providing on-site and remote troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day IT requests for home office and international associates.
• Manage and track IT assets, including devices, access credentials, and software licenses.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Upgrade workstations and perform software installations.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for IT service desk and support teams.
• Collaborate with global service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
• Work with internal IT teams to test and deploy technology projects.
• Create and deploy software packages and upgrades to Windows endpoints globally.
• Identify and implement new support processes and best practices.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Albany, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
