Responsibilities for IT Help Desk Agent
include but are not limited to:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and tickets for IT support
Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
Maintain accurate documentation and meet SLA requirements
Candidates for IT Help Desk Agent must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with ticketing systems preferred

Pay Details:
$20.
