• Responsibilities for IT Help Desk Agent
• include but are not limited to:
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and tickets for IT support
• Log, track, and resolve issues using ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet SLA requirements
• Candidates for IT Help Desk Agent must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred
