Demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security. Hybrid with at least 3-4 days onsite. Responsibilities Provide 1st level support Test and maintain OS, application software and smartphones Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Liaise with team, users, managers, vendors, and other IT personnel for problem resolution Requirements Fluent in English writing/reading and speaking, and ideally Japanese Proven working experience in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft-based environments
AA/BA/BS/MS
degree in Computer Science, Engineering, CIS, or a related subject Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP) Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Veeam) is a plus Familiar with IT documentation and ticketing systems Familiar with Japanese corporate culture
