We are seeking an IT Summer Intern to join our team in our headquarters in the New York office. As an IT Summer Intern you will be involved in the assisting the IT Helpdesk team of all Local Area and Wide Area Network infrastructure items firm wide. Job Responsibilities As an IT Helpdesk Intern, you will attend the 10 - week Summer Internship program. Able to communicate with IT clients and appropriately escalate their issues, if necessary, in a timely manner. Able to coordinate and document and repair commuters within establish guidelines with assistance Able to solve problems. Able to respond to and perform diagnostic, maintenance and repairs on systems and peripherals if needed. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology Be a Junior or Senior in college Have had previous internship preferred. Able to solve problems. Good organizational skills Strong and effective oral and written communication skills Good organizational, oral, and written communication skills, time management, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on enterprise customer server and satisfaction. Actual pay range for candidates will be commensurate with candidate's experience, skillsets and competencies and may differ based on the cost of labor in their particular location. New York Pay Range $68,258 - $102,287 USD
