ROLE SUMMARY
The IT Logistics Specialist is a vital role for the IT Operations Team as we continue to grow. This position is based out of the greater Tallahassee Area with some travel as needed to nearby sites in Quincy and Midway Florida. This role focuses on facilitating our corporate growth and streamlining device procurement, configuration inventory, asset tracking, and helping our departments, personnel, and facilities get devices and equipment needed for their job duties within Trulieve. We are a customer focused team and dedicate ourselves in helping Trulieve succeed with getting stores and staff everything they need in a timely and efficient manner. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Configure and prepare IT devices and equipment for deployment
Maintain accurate inventory records and asset tracking for IT equipment
Partner with internal IT technicians to support new devices and device replacement needs across Trulieve locations
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill device and equipment requests
Perform quality checks on returned equipment to determine reuse eligibility
Operate effectively in a warehouse-style environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define and update equipment standards
Package and ship equipment through internal and external transportation channels
Use ticketing systems to track incoming requests and work activities
Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Coordinate with procurement staff on equipment ordering, shipment tracking, and delivery status
Maintain an organized, safe, and orderly warehouse and storage area
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in a relevant field or three or more years of IT-related experience
Experience with enterprise systems used for asset management, device provisioning, and equipment setup
Ability to diagnose basic hardware and software issues during device setup, return, or redeployment
Forklift certification is preferred
Experience with Microsoft, Apple, Azure, SAP, Zendesk, InTune, and Tanium is preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods of time, maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stopping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching, and use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks
Must be able to handle organic matter daily, able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection), and able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as; reading, viewing a computer terminal, visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)
WORK SCHEDULE
Minimum 40 hours with some flexibility.
Based out of Tallahassee, Florida
Available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
