JOB SUMMARY
Ensures the stability and integrity of the enterprise voice, data, video, and wireless network services. Performs moderately complex tasks for the voice and data communication networks to include installing, maintaining, and monitoring the networks' hardware and software operating environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
(This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company) Administers, configures, monitors, documents and maintain all network infrastructure hardware (such as switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, storage), VLANS/WAN segments and IP load balancing systems, utilizing thorough understanding of
DNS, WINS, DHCP, STP, VTP, OSPF, BGP
Cisco Access Lists, Policy Based Routing, and routing protocols. Ensures stable operation and efficient performance of company networks by monitoring system capacity to determine impact on performance and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing network demands. Identify and remedy network performance bottlenecks. Responsible for administration, monitoring and identifying security vulnerabilities/intrusion detection and for building firewall policies on the infrastructure firewalls. Understanding of Network Performance Monitor (NPM) tools to quickly detect, diagnose and resolve performance issues before outages occur. Analyze real-time views and dashboards to visually track and monitor network. Stay current with network and network technology trends by attending seminars, technical education classes, Internet research and reading technical publications. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study and 4+ years of related experience or Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study and 6+ years of related experience or High School Diploma / GED and 8+ years related experience. Experience to include, but is not limited to: Cisco/Juniper Network Engineering Must be 21 years of age or older.
Knowledge of:
Routers, switches, LAN, WAN, and dynamic routing protocols (BFD, CFM, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPBGP, MPLS, VPLS, BGP/MPLS). WAN/LAN inter-networking including design elements, cost versus performance trade-offs, protocol interoperability, network architecture development and requirements for testing / proof of concept. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.

Friday Annual Base Salary Range:
$78459.00 - $104611.00 Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus or incentive compensation.
