Job Description:
The Endpoint Systems Specialist is responsible for the deployment, management, security, and support of endpoint devices across the organization. This role ensures all user devices are secure, compliant, and operating efficiently while delivering an excellent end-user experience. Key Responsibilities Endpoint Management & Administration Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, and mobile) Manage device lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, updates, and decommissioning Maintain standardized endpoint configurations across the environment Device Security & Compliance Implement and enforce endpoint security policies (encryption, antivirus, firewall, compliance baselines) Monitor and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities Support endpoint protection platforms Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and frameworks Deploy and maintain applications using endpoint management tools Ensure timely updates and minimize security risks Endpoint Tools & Platforms Administer and support tools such as: Endpoint Manager Support & Troubleshooting Collaborate with internal teams Reporting & Documentation Maintain documentation for endpoint configurations and procedures Track and improve endpoint-related
