Job Description
We are an IT company based in NYC seeking entry-level IT professionals to represent our company by providing exceptional on-site and remote support. This position is part-time to full-time, with hours varying based on client needs.

Requirements:
Basic understanding of networking: gateways, switches, IPs, and Wi-Fi Working knowledge of Microsoft Office for documentation Access to a Windows-based computer A remote workstation setup (monitor, keyboard, mouse) Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks independently Willingness to perform occasional on-site client visits Ability to handle basic administrative responsibilities such as updating logs, organizing documentation, and assisting with scheduling or follow-ups
