Contract Job Overview:
To develop and manage project assignments through completion, communicate results, make recommendations to management, and ensure process compliance and oversight. Identifies required resources and researches project data, procedures, and history for a thorough understanding of project direction. Generates and analyzes statistical data reports and develops, prepares, and manages project plans through completion. Communicates activity progress to involved parties and resolves issues involving stakeholders when appropriate.
Requirement/Must Have:
Good project management experience. Ability to manage multiple projects as a sole project manager. Self-starter with experience handling complex projects. Experience working in Waterfall methodology. Experience in BI/DW or server/database upgrade project management. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong data analysis knowledge with advanced Excel skills. Strong documentation skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentations. Strong analytical and interpretive skills. Good interpersonal skills.
Experience:
Six years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning.
Responsibilities:
Identifies required resources and conducts research on project data, procedures, and history. Generates and analyzes statistical data reports. Develops, prepares, and manages project plans through completion. Communicates project progress to stakeholders. Resolves project-related issues involving stakeholders when appropriate. Transitions programs to management personnel. Participates in oral presentations. Develops and delivers training as needed. Ensures required release materials are completed. Administers company personnel policies and follows staffing standards and training recommendations. Interviews, hires, and develops colleague performance plans and conducts performance discussions. Provides leadership, guidance, and motivation to support performance. Performs other assigned duties. Supports organizational quality programs. Travels as required.

Qualification And Education:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis preferred. Computer Science coursework preferred.
