IT Service Desk Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for end users. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience supporting users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide phone-based technical support to end users, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring problems Document incidents, resolutions, and processes within the ticketing system Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of phone-based technical support experience Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook, with strong overall Microsoft Office skills Exceptional customer service and communication abilities Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with a focus on root cause analysis Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a help desk or IT support environment Familiarity with ticketing systems and service management processes

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
