The Role We're looking for an experienced IT Specialist to support a portfolio of clients alongside our team of specialists, consultants, and engineers. This is a hands-on role that blends technical support, systems administration, and operational improvement. You'll work across client environments to keep systems running smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and continuously improve how things operate. You'll be trusted to manage your work, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments. Over time, you'll build strong relationships with the teams you support and become a reliable resource within their organization. As an IT Specialist, you will: Deliver high-quality remote and onsite support across devices, networks, servers, and cloud environments Own support requests end-to-end, from intake through resolution and communication Troubleshoot issues across users, devices, systems, and infrastructure with a structured, methodical approach Administer and support core business platforms including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Entra, Duo, Okta, Box, Dropbox, Monday, Slack, Teams, Zoom and industry-specific line of business applications. Manage onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, and access control Partner closely with client stakeholders to ensure a seamless and reliable user experience Administer and support identity, endpoint management, and SaaS environments across multiple client organizations Support networking, firewalls, and office technology to maintain stable and secure environments Manage technology procurement, configuration, inventory, and lifecycle management Contribute to system deployments, migrations, and security initiatives Maintain clear, accurate, and actionable documentation across client environments Identify recurring issues and proactively recommend improvements to systems and workflows To be successful in this position, you'll need to: Bring 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a client-facing or MSP environment Communicate clearly, professionally, and consistently, both written and verbal Stay organized and effectively manage multiple priorities across clients and systems Take ownership of your work and follow through without needing constant direction Approach problems with a calm, structured, and solution-oriented mindset Be comfortable working across Windows, macOS, and modern cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) Have a strong foundation in troubleshooting devices, SaaS applications, and core infrastructure Understand and apply IT and cybersecurity best practices in day-to-day work Be motivated to help people, improve systems, and continuously refine how work is done Bonus points if you: Have experience working in a managed services (MSP) environment Have worked with tools like RMM, PSA, MDM, SSO, MFA, or endpoint security platforms Have exposure to compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC, CMMC, etc.) Have supported executives or high-touch environments Enjoy improving processes, documentation, and systems over time
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$55,000 - $80,000 (base, depending on experience)
