Duties Provide help desk support by troubleshooting software and hardware issues for end-users. Assist with desktop support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems. Manage computer networking tasks to ensure seamless connectivity across the organization. Conduct software troubleshooting for various applications, ensuring minimal downtime for users. Maintain documentation of IT processes and procedures to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. This position does require out of state travel. Potentially multiple times a month. Experience Proven experience in IT support or a related field is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of computer hardware components and their functions. Familiarity with Windows operating system is essential. Experience in software troubleshooting and help desk environments is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
