Position Overview We are looking for an energetic and motivated IT Support Technician who is passionate about technology and eager to grow. This role is ideal for someone who already has a solid technical foundation and is excited to expand their knowledge across a wide range of IT systems and solutions. You'll work both remotely and on-site, supporting clients with everything from day-to-day technical issues to more advanced infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and network equipment Support Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and user account management Assist with network setup, security, and monitoring Document issues, resolutions, and client environments Participate in IT projects (deployments, upgrades, migrations) Deliver excellent customer service and clear communication Required Qualifications 1-3+ years of IT support or help desk experience Strong knowledge of Windows environments (Windows 10/11, basic Windows Server) Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routers, switches, Wi-Fi) Experience with Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for on-site visits) Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) Experience with servers, virtualization, or firewalls Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices Experience with remote monitoring/management (RMM) tools Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, etc.) What We're Looking For Someone who loves technology and stays curious A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership Strong willingness to learn and grow in the IT field Ability to adapt to different environments and client needs Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What We Offer Opportunity to work with a wide range of technologies Career growth and hands-on learning Exposure to diverse client environments across industries Supportive and dynamic team environment Competitive pay based on experience
