This role combines hands-on IT support with application development support, primarily using ASP.NET and/or Java, to help ensure stable operations, efficient workflows, and continuous improvement of internal systems. Provide Level 1-2 technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: o Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) o Windows and macOS workstations o Printers, peripherals, and mobile devices o VPN and basic network connectivity
Assist with on-boarding and off-boarding activities, including device setup and account access
Respond to IT support tickets and document resolutions clearly and accurately
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff with appropriate diagnostics
Support basic cybersecurity activities, including phishing reports and endpoint issues
Create and maintain IT support documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Application Development & Systems Support Responsibilities
Assist in the development and maintenance of internal applications using: o ASP.NET (C#) and/or o Java
Support enhancements and bug fixes for internal web tools, utilities, and integrations
Write and maintain clean, well-documented code following internal standards
Develop and execute basic SQL queries to support applications and reporting
Assist with application testing, validation, and deployment activities
Support basic API integrations and data exchange processes
Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand system requirements and user needs Education & Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
1-3 years of experience in IT support, application support, or entry-level development roles Technical Skills
Working knowledge of ASP.NET (C#) and/or Java
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
SQL fundamentals, including basic queries and joins (SQL Server preferred)
Experience supporting Windows and/or macOS environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and services
Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, IP, VPN)
Exposure to version control systems (Git) Qualifications
Experience supporting ERP or WMS systems (e.g., Macola, SAP, Oracle)
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON
Basic scripting experience (PowerShell or similar)
Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, Crystal Reports
Knowledge of ITIL concepts or structured IT support processes Work Environment & Tools
