Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Coordinator to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, organized, and enjoys coordinating IT support activities while assisting users in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage IT support requests from employees or clients Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems in a timely manner Track, prioritize, and update support tickets in the help desk system Assist with system setup, user accounts, and access permissions Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex issues Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and processes Ensure all support activities meet company policies and security standards Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Familiarity with help desk software or ticketing systems Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and computer access Preferred Qualifications Experience in a remote IT support role Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software tools Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) are a plus Work Environment Fully remote position Flexible scheduling based on business needs Supportive team environment with growth opportunities Training provided for systems and tools Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience Part-time or full-time opportunities available Thank You for Applying Thank you for your interest in the IT Support Coordinator (Remote) role.
