The selected candidate will be responsible for providing tremendous customer service via email, phone, in-person, and help desk tickets for our monthly service clients. What is the job like? On a typical day, you will be taking all incoming phone calls, responding to emails and tickets, going onsite to customer locations. You will be the first person they talk to! Some of the technical tasks you will be trained to do include helping reset passwords, troubleshooting printer issues, working with Level 2+ techs to get tickets solved, and much more. This job is work from home with some travel to client locations. It is required to live within 20 minutes of the Visalia/Tulare, CA area. Reliable transportation is required to go onsite to customer locations. That may sound intimidating, but don't worry, you will be walked through each task and trained until you feel comfortable. We define our success by the relationships created with clients and the amount of people who are helped! We're looking for someone who:
