Job Description

Tech Support Center (TSC) / IT Support Specialist Overview The Tech Support Center (TSC) Analyst provides first- and second-level technical support to employees across the enterprise, including Construction, Finance, Development, and Corporate teams. This role operates in a high-volume, call-center-style support environment and focuses on remote technical assistance, application support, and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests via phone, ticketing system, and other support channels Provide remote technical support to end users using approved remote-access tools Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to: Microsoft-based systems and applications A large portfolio of internal and third-party applications (100-200+) iPads and mobile devices used by field personnel (support only; no deployment) Document, track, and manage incidents and service requests using the Halo ticketing system (or comparable ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira) Escalate issues to appropriate internal teams or Field Services when necessary Maintain accurate ticket documentation and follow SLAs and support processes Support a "call center"-style environment with consistent call handling and ticket volume Collaborate with both FTE and contractor team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule (typically voluntary and rotated quarterly)
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
