We are looking for a part-time IT support specialist, preferably someone currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field. You'll be responsible for maintaining and ensuring that all Microsoft-based systems are operating efficiently, and providing data recovery solutions as needed. Additionally, you will manage our cloud-based storage and work with our team to find new program recommendations or software that will enhance our workflows.

Responsibilities:

Support, troubleshoot, and maintain all Microsoft-based systems (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, etc.) Assist with data recovery processes and ensure data integrity across devices and cloud storage Manage and optimize cloud-based storage solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.) Recommend and implement software solutions to improve company-wide efficiency Provide technical support and training to staff on various IT systems Ensure all devices and systems are secure and meet industry standards for safety and privacy Assist with ongoing IT projects and ensure that technology is aligned with the company's design needs

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a college program for Information Technology or related field preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft-based systems (Microsoft365) Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and data recovery processes Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members Knowledge of design software tools is a plus! This position is based in Fort Worth, TX, with flexibility for some remote work.
