IT Support Specialist

IT Support Technician Knoxville, TN Hybrid We are seeking an IT Support Technician to support a growing healthcare organization across multiple clinic locations. This role combines remote support with field-based troubleshooting, focusing on delivering timely, high-quality technical support in a fast-paced environment. This position operates in a remote-first support model, with onsite travel as needed for troubleshooting, device support, and project work.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote technical support for end users (password resets, access, device troubleshooting) Travel to clinic locations for onsite support as needed Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues Support clinical staff in time-sensitive situations where system access impacts patient care Assist with hardware deployments and refresh projects Document issues and resolutions clearly

Schedule:
