This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of hands-on technical support experience who enjoys helping users troubleshoot technology issues and providing excellent customer service. We're especially interested in candidates coming from customer-facing technical environments such as Advance Repair Technicians, IT support internships, desktop support, or help desk roles where they've gained experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic user account issues. What You'll Be Doing Serve as the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and access-related issues. Assist with computer deployments, replacements, and workstation setup. Re-image laptops and desktops and ensure devices are properly configured. Create, update, and disable user accounts in Active Directory and other systems. Document support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Escalate more complex issues to senior IT team members when needed. Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office 365, Teams, and Exchange. Assist with basic network connectivity troubleshooting, including VPN, LAN/WAN, and wireless connectivity. Participate in IT projects and technology rollouts as needed. What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a similar customer-facing technical role. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and common software applications. Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Active Directory. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Comfortable supporting mobile devices including iOS and Android. Ability to learn quickly and work through technical issues in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. CompTIA A+ certification or coursework toward an IT-related certification. Experience in a retail technology support environment such as Geek Squad, Apple Genius Bar, or similar technical support organizations.
