Job Description
Who We Are Cyber Tech Cafe provides IT support to small and medium businesses primarily in and around North Metro Atlanta—from professional offices to healthcare offices to industrial manufacturing sites. We've been at this for 20+ years, and many of our customers have been with us for 5, 10, or 15 years (or longer). We succeed by building relationships, not just closing tickets. Who We're Looking For You've spent at least a year in the trenches—helpdesk, desktop support, or an MSP environment—and you know the difference between fixing a computer and making a happy customer. You can troubleshoot Windows, Active Directory, and Office 365 without escalating everything to senior techs, but you also know when to ask for help. You actually like talking to people, even stressed-out people whose printers just died before a deadline. You write clear documentation without being told. You show up on time (or a few minutes early) and don't need to be micromanaged. The Work
Remote and on-site support for SMB clients (you'll visit client sites regularly)
Windows 11 desktop support with the occasional Mac, Office / Microsoft 365 administration, basic network troubleshooting
User management, create, edit and remove users on local computers, on-premise Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Ticket documentation and customer communication in our helpdesk system
On-call rotation, typically 1 week out of 3 and we typically get 1 to 3 after hours or weekend calls per quarter.
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET (1-hour lunch), in-person at our office Requirements
1-2 years helpdesk, desktop support, or MSP experience
Solid understanding of Windows, Windows domains, Active Directory, Group Policy
Experience with Office 365 administration ( Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
Professional customer service skills (we'll ask for examples)
Reliable transportation for on-site client visits
A+ certification or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits
Full-time W2 position (not contract/1099)
Competitive salary based on experience
Paid federal holidays
Monthly healthcare stipend
Paid vacation after one year of full time contiguous employment
Opportunity for advancement and skill development This is NOT for you if
You're trying to break into IT with no experience
You prefer to work strictly remotely
Technical jargon impresses you more than happy customers Ready to join a team that values relationships over volume?
