IT Information Technology Full Job Description Summary:
Seeking an energetic and creative individual to provide an amazing technical support experience for our clients. You will deliver prompt, accurate, and professional support to our clients through inbound support tickets, and occasional phone and video calls. This individual will have great communication and documentation skills, with a desire and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. This position will work 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, as a full-time employee. This position will work from HQ with opportunity for occasional remote work.
Key duties:
Maintain and develop a comprehensive knowledge of all supported technologies Create and maintain documentation on best practices and how-to guides Build rapport with other team members and clients, as a go-to problem solver Respond to support requests from clients via web-based ticketing systems Answer inbound technical support calls Call and host video conferences with clients as needed for problem resolution Provide trainings to clients and other team members on supported technologies Work independently to resolve reported issues and use available resources Research new system issues and escalate issues to vendors and service providers Generate monthly reporting on support desk activities and escalate issues Responsible for initial response through resolution of all reported issues Manage and monitor remote systems, including WiFi, networking, and access control Act as a technical resource for systems design and implementation activities Assist Operations Staff with receiving and maintaining team and client inventory
Key Qualifications:
Highly organized Creative self-starter Computer proficiency (Office365, Google Suite) Ability to learn new things quickly Technology savvy, including both hardware and software systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player and adaptable Degree in information technology a plus 1+ years of relevant support experience
