Our technicians work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve a wide variety of software and hardware issues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They also manage new employee onboarding, including workstation setup and configuring Active Directory/Exchange Accounts. What's in it for you: $17.00/hr - $26.00/hr base salary and benefits package Reimbursement for continuous education and technical training Be a part of a company with a history of investing in people and technology Comprehensive benefits package Health, dental and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Perks including employee discounts, financial wellness planning, tuition reimbursement and more Certified Great Place to Work and voted a 2019-2026 Computerworld Best Places to Work in IT What you'll be doing: Providing frontline technical support to on-site and remote employees by diagnosing and resolving software, hardware, mobile app, and phone system issues Performing PC repairs, upgrades and reimaging on Desktops and Dell Laptop systems Setting up new workstations and relocating existing ones (light bending/lifting required) Utilizing ServiceNow/SCCM to manage inbound support requests and software upgrades/rollouts When on-call, responding to after-hours calls from employees regarding technical issues Regular travel between 4 TQL Cincinnati locations providing on-site support and office moves What you need: Available to work Monday - Friday, 12p to 9pm EST PC and Network knowledge/experience required IT-related college degree or comparable professional experience required Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping others Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 / Office 365 and Windows 11 is a plus A+ and/or Microsoft Certification highly preferred Where you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd. Cincinnati, OH 45245 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
