POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a dynamic, proactive IT Technician to be the frontline of support for our clients' IT infrastructure. You'll ensure the seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems — troubleshooting issues efficiently, maintaining optimal performance, and delivering exceptional service to both technical and non-technical users. Provide remote and on-site technical support to business clients across Central Florida; remote support for clients outside the area Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems — including hardware, software, and network-related problems Support and maintain client network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, VPNs, DNS, TCP/IP, and LAN/WAN configurations Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints using RMM tooling (NinjaOne, etc.) and support software deployment and updates Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) for user account management, licensing, and access control; experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is a plus Manage computer hardware assets — installations, upgrades, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals Assist with onboarding new clients and execute project work (network deployments, migrations, infrastructure upgrades) as the business grows Document client environments, support tickets, and completed work clearly and thoroughly in our PSA/ticketing system Communicate directly with clients — including non-technical stakeholders — in a professional, clear, and reassuring manner REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent demonstrated hands-on IT support experience Strong Windows troubleshooting skills across desktop and, ideally, server environments Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, firewall basics) Familiarity with help desk ticketing or RMM/PSA platforms (NinjaOne, ConnectWise, or similar) Ability to analyze technical issues efficiently and explain solutions clearly to non-technical users Reliable, self-directed, detail-oriented, flexible, and punctual Valid Florida driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Strong written and verbal communication skills BONUS POINTS
CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications (MCITP, MD-102, etc.) Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification/experience Experience with managed switches and VLAN networking Microsoft 365 / Entra ID (Azure AD) administration experience MSP or multi-client support background Exposure to Linux distributions Apple / Mac support experience Home lab, self-study projects, or active personal IT learning WHAT WE OFFER
