IT Help Desk Technician (Tier 1) Royal Case Company

  • Occasional overtime and Saturday work required About Royal Case Royal Case Company is a growing manufacturing company based in Sherman, Texas.
Our IT organization operates on a cloud-first strategy leveraging Microsoft 365, NetSuite, and SharePoint, supported by on-premise networking infrastructure. We run a lean, high-impact IT team focused on reliability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement. Position Summary We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide front-line support to employees across our office and warehouse environments. This is a fully onsite role supporting both office and manufacturing users—remote work is not available. What You'll Do Provide Tier 1 technical support (password resets, access issues, troubleshooting) Support core systems: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) SharePoint NetSuite (user access and login support)
Troubleshoot:
PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices Network connectivity (Wi-Fi and wired) Set up new users, devices, and workstations Manage and resolve tickets using a help desk system (Freshdesk or similar) Support shared devices (printers, copiers, scanners) Assist with basic office networking (Wi-Fi, switches, patching) Follow security protocols and company IT procedures What You Bring 1-3 years of IT support or help desk experience Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of networking concepts Ability to work onsite daily Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems Familiarity with ticketing systems (Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.) CompTIA A+ or equivalent Why Join Royal Case High-visibility role with real impact Exposure to cloud-first IT environment (M365, NetSuite, SharePoint) Opportunity to grow into advanced IT roles Stable, team-oriented culture
