$34-$36/hr •Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates•
Job Summary:
The Jr Application Support Analyst will support internal enterprise applications used across multiple business units. This role works closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, execute SQL queries, validate data, and maintain application stability in a fast‑paced production environment. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to investigate and resolve issues with accuracy and urgency. The team values reliability, proactive problem‑solving, and someone who can collaborate effectively while maintaining a high standard of service.
Project Details:
Support internal business applications used across the organization Heavy SQL querying, data validation, and analytics‑driven troubleshooting Production support environment with ticket management and incident resolution Cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product, and operations Remote role with required onsite equipment pickup High‑visibility support work impacting enterprise‑wide users Must Haves SQL experience (queries, updates, data validation) Analytics background (data analysis, reporting, issue investigation) Application support experience Troubleshooting and production support experience Strong communication skills Experience supporting internal business or enterprise applications Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering and product teams Must live near an equipment pickup site Desired Skills Experience with Salesforce, Databricks, or BI/reporting tools Experience supporting financial, HR, or enterprise systems Familiarity with internal application ecosystems Strong documentation and knowledge‑base skills Ability to identify patterns, trends, and recurring issues Experience improving support processes or workflowsc About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
