JCU The Role :
As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing real-time assistance and ensuring a seamless experience. You will work closely with the support team to resolve inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries via live chat Provide accurate information and solutions Document customer interactions and feedback Collaborate with team members to improve service quality Assist in troubleshooting technical issues
Ideal Profile :
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in customer support Familiarity with live chat software Technical troubleshooting skills Excellent communication skills Problem-solving abilities
Education:
