This role provides remote support, with scheduled onsite visits as needed.

Duties:

Provide onsite and remote technical support for end users Respond to helpdesk tickets, phone calls, and emails in a timely manner Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Perform user account setup and maintenance (Active Directory, Microsoft 365) Assist with system upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance Support email, antivirus, backup, and endpoint security solutions Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators as needed Conduct onsite visits for new equipment deployments and office setups Assist with cabling, workstation moves, adds, and changes Educate users on basic IT best practices and security awareness Maintain inventory of IT equipment and tools Follow company policies, security standards, and best practices
