What You'll Do Deliver Exceptional IT Support Provide onsite and remote technical support for business clients and internal operations Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and end-user technology issues Support workstation deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and device setup Support Business Technology Environments Assist with Microsoft 365 support, user account administration, and troubleshooting Perform basic network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting Help maintain secure and reliable technology environments for clients Collaborate & Solve Problems Work closely with the NerdsToGo service desk and engineering team on escalated issues Document support activities clearly within the ticketing system Communicate professionally with clients while delivering excellent customer service Contribute to Operational Excellence Assist with preventative maintenance, updates, patching, and system checks Support occasional client-site visits and regional field service work Help maintain inventory organization and operational support processes What Makes This Role Exciting? Qualifications Required:
3+ years of IT support, help desk, or technical support experience Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and network connectivity issues Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Preferred:
Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience Experience supporting multiple business environments Exposure to networking equipment, VoIP systems, or cybersecurity tools Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
