NICE CXone Support Engineer:

Basic to mid-level knowledge of NICE CXone. Experience supporting NICE CXone environments and troubleshooting Level 2 issues. Familiarity with configuration management and policy administration within NICE CXone. Ability to work onsite in Knoxville, Tennessee, or in a hybrid schedule.
