GED Full Job Description Description:
The Part-Time IT Support Technician is responsible for troubleshoot computer issues and respond to IT questions from company employees. The IT Support Technician will report to the Vice President of Information Technology. HOURS Monday-Friday 4am-9am (fully remote after training in office in Tempe, AZ and must reside in greater Phoenix area)
JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
Assists computer operators with technical problems as needed. Identifies common causes of trouble such as loose connections or defective components. Reviews manufacturers specifications on connections and methods to locate problems. Ensuring electrical safety standards are met. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of Two years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
