Dallas, TX Work Hours:
Full Time - This position may require occasional after-hours or on-call support to address urgent clinical needs. The ability to move between clinical areas and interact directly with physicians is essential. The Physician Support Analyst provides comprehensive technical and workflow support for physicians and clinical staff utilizing imaging systems and related hardware. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, problem resolution, and ensuring optimal system performance in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Here is what you will need: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or related field preferred. Strong knowledge of imaging hardware and related peripherals used in healthcare settings. Proven experience in technical support, preferably in a healthcare or imaging environment. Excellent problem-solving and workflow management skills. Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to communicate with clinical professionals. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to provide effective support via telephone and in-person interactions. Experience with Sectra imaging systems is strongly preferred. A Day in the Life of a
Physician Support Analyst:
Provide services and support for the following areas: Deliver expert-level technical support for imaging hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Assist physicians and staff with day-to-day operational issues, both over the telephone and in person, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical workflows. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and workflow problems related to imaging systems, escalating issues as needed. Communicate effectively with physicians and clinical teams to understand needs, provide guidance, and relay technical information in clear terms. Document support activities, issues, and solutions for ongoing knowledge sharing and improvement. Utilize medical terminology and understanding of clinical workflows to provide contextually relevant support. Collaborate with IT and Imaging departments to optimize system performance and enhance user experience. Why Solis Mammography?
