This is a customer-facing technical role focused on working directly with manufacturing customers to implement, configure, and support integrated software solutions across ERP, shop floor, and analytics systems. The role emphasizes real-world deployment, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful adoption of our software applications in production environments.
