The Idaho State Tax Commission- Property Tax team is seeking an IT Software Engineer I. The selected candidate will collaborate with project stakeholders, team members, external partners and vendors on sophisticated tax revenue administration software issues and development. The successful candidate will have experience with object-oriented programming and SQL , with good communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks in the same time period while meeting specified timelines in a group setting. This position is located at the Boise Office in the Chinden Campus located at 11321 West Chinden Blvd, Building 2. Responsibilities:

+ Develop, test, and implement new application programs and enhancements (experience using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, VB.net, and C# would be beneficial). + Provide end user support + Research available tools and technologies to determine alternative technology solutions + Coordinate resolution of problems with operational system + Confer with users to analyze, develop, and maintain programs

Minimum Qualifications:
