As part of our global S/4HANA transformation, you will join the Inbound to Outbound (I2O) Team, which secures the endtoend material flow-from supplier to customer-so our BioSolutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time. You'll be part of a highly collaborative project environment where business, digital, and functional experts work as one integrated team. Together, we focus on endtoend processes rather than silos, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and futureready. The Role & Your Impact In this role, you will play a key part in implementing and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes as Novonesis transitions to SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). You will work handson with configuration while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver highquality logistics solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
Supporting the implementation of warehouse and logistics processes in
SAP S/4HANA
with a focus on EWM Participating in S/4 projects, including rollouts to new Novonesis sites Performing handson SAP EWM configuration and implementing system changes Contributing to user requirements, test scenarios, and user acceptance testing documentation Handling incidents and supporting end users and business process managers Facilitating both smaller optimizations and larger improvement initiatives across logistics processes What You'll Need to
Be Successful Musthaves:
A bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) in warehouse management, logistics, supply chain, or a related field 2-5 years of handson experience working with SAP, ideally within S/4HANA implementation projects Experience with SAP EWM and logistics solutions in industrial or manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, production supply, and inventory management Ability to translate business needs into system and process requirements Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization Ability to understand, challenge, and contribute to technical designs in a complex, global setup
