Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer with a strong background in end-user support and systems administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys troubleshooting complex technical issues, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
Senior Desktop Support Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide advanced desktop and end-user support across Windows environments Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for both local and remote users Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 environments Assist with basic server administration and support tasks Manage and resolve tickets using Jira ticketing system
Senior Desktop Support Engineer's Qualifications and Skills:
