Job Summary:
The Helpdesk Coordinator/Dispatch will be responsible for coordinating technician schedules, managing client interactions, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. This role combines the duties of dispatching with customer service management to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Basic technical knowledge is required along with proven leadership experience and very strong written and verbal communication skills.
