Job Description

Insight Global is looking for 6 Service Desk Specialists for a client in Louisville, KY! Below is more information of what we're looking for in a candidate in the role:
Duration:
6 month contract•potential extensions and hire Required skills: 1+ years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support role Shift flexibility•hiring for 1st shift currently (Operating hours 9a-3a

Have Skills & Experience:
Experience using a ticketing system (They are using ServiceNow) Strong interpersonal skills Experience working in a restaurant / Fast Food environment. •
Compensation :
$15-20/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
Pay:
$15.00•$20.00 per hour
