We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (IT Recruiter) . This role will include extensive initial training and offers a career ladder for those interested in developing into new roles.

Responsibilities:

Develop techniques to recruit and maintain a network of Technology professionals, which include several methods of contacting, such as phone/ mobile, email and social media outreach. Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions. Prepare candidates for interviews. Negotiate and present offers for employment. Work in tandem with Sales team to understand our client's hiring needs. Manage workforce of Consultants throughout their assignments.

Requirements:

Effective verbal and written communication skills. Computer/Social Media skills required. Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused. Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, or similar field(s). Ability to multi-task and plan work activities proactively.
