IMPACTAs a Customer Service Specialist II, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of a Federal grantmaking agency. You will play a crucial role in supporting the agency's grants management systems, providing technical assistance to agency staff, contractors, grant applicants and awardees.Support users with technical issues and questionsCollaborate with IT team to research problems and recommend changes to the user interface and underlying workflows to better serve key stakeholders
