Technical Support Analyst:
Document and respond to customer requests and technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical problems in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality service. Support users in a healthcare environment, including troubleshooting Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware. Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical staff, including clinical personnel. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support multiple facilities with travel up to 20% as needed. Requirements for the
Technical Support Analyst:
4+ years of applicable IT experience in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals. Experience troubleshooting hardware, printers, and cloud environments such as Azure and VMware. Excellent communication skills with the ability to instruct non-technical users.
