Key Exciting Responsibilities Resolve complex technical issues within the ProjectSight platform, focusing on browser troubleshooting and core product functionality. Deliver empathetic, high-quality support via email and chat, ensuring customers feel heard and supported throughout the resolution process. Partner with internal teams and leads to master the accounting and technical intricacies of our construction management software. Adopt and experiment with emerging AI tools to streamline documentation, improve response empathy, and hit key performance indicators. Collaborate on-site with colleagues in our Portland office to build a strong team culture and provide immediate support to your peers. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience in a technical help desk, software support, or customer-facing role where troubleshooting was a primary focus. Strong ability to navigate web browser settings and identify issues related to software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms. Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to convey empathy and technical concepts clearly to diverse users. A curious mindset and a drive to independently seek out knowledge and master new, complex products. Bonus Points For Familiarity with SQL concepts or mobile device troubleshooting. Experience supporting construction management or accounting software. Prior experience working with or an interest in AI-assisted support workflows. LogisticsLocation:
