Hybrid Role Top 3-5 Must Have Skills - Scripting, Log Analysis/Troubleshooting/Root Cause, Azure Intune experience. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates operation of systems.Job Duties:
Provides technical direction and rmendations to improve utilization. Reviews records and reports of production, machine malfunctions and maintenance as well as organizational, procedural, and workflow plans and methods. Assists with testing of new release of systems, vendor modifications, and upgrades.Experience and Education:
Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems, and refers moreplex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses beginning to working knowledge of subject matter. The Technical Support Coordinator IV will function between Tier 3 support and light engineering work—supporting both DevOps and Development teams. The position involves troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, log review, and escalation work rather than full development or help desk duties. The role is not entirely help desk and not engineering, but a mid-level hybrid technical support position.Top Required Skills:
Troubleshooting & Analysis Ability to differentiate issues: software, OS, system, configuration, or hardware. Must review logs, including Windows Event Viewer, identify errors, and determine escalation needs. Perform root cause analysis andmunicate findings clearly to development teams.Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with general software troubleshooting. Experience with tools such as JIRA or Confluence. Ability to perform light configuration changes when possible. Scripting /Automation:
PowerShell scripting experience is highly valuable.Role Expectations:
First attempt to fix issues when possible (quick configuration adjustments, software checks). When not resolvable, create detailed tickets with clear diagnostic information for the Dev team.
