Job Description:
Avanciers is seeking a Technical Helpdesk Support professional for a contract role with our client in Milwaukee, WI . This position offers an opportunity to provide hands-on technical support across desktop, mobile, and audio/visual environments, working closely with end users and technology teams to troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and ensure a high-quality client experience in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Milwaukee, WI 53216 (Hybrid)
Key Requirements :
2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience Strong customer service and communication skills Experience supporting users via phone, chat, email, or ticketing systems Strong troubleshooting skills for PC/mobile hardware and software issues Familiarity with Windows environments, operating systems, LAN, and support tools Ability to manage multiple user requests and resolve escalations effectively Experience in enterprise support environments preferred
Responsibilities:
Provide omni-channel technical support to end users Troubleshoot desktop, mobile, software, and access-related issues Resolve Level 1 escalations and deliver high-quality customer support Document tickets clearly and maintain issue resolution updates Support deployments, rollouts, and technology implementations remotely or through centralized support teams Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and service quality
